Love is a Doing Word ....

Remember way back in primary school when they taught us about verbs & nouns & stuff ?

Remember that almost chantable definition of a verb ?

"A verb is a Doing word"

Well, "Love" is a Verb ... it's a Doing word ...

Sure, love is something we feel for someone, or something, or someplace.

But if it stops at being a feeling, if it stays within us, if we are the only ones who feel it, then it is no longer a Doing word - it is a noun, a thing, an item - sitting waiting to be used.

To bring Love alive, to allow it to transform itself from a noun to a verb, to allow it to transform us from a feeler to a giver, Love must become a Doing thing.

It must be put into action.

If you don't look after it, you'll lose it ....

Neglect is a very sad word.

It is a nothing word.

It indicates a state of Not-doing where Doing is required.

You get back what you Give ....
